Simply using this web site or communicating with us by phone, email or web contact form does not automatically create an attorney-client privilege. You must first retain the firm, and the firm must acknowledge such retention, before the attorney-client privilege can apply.

Information you provide though this web site is never shared, rented or sold to any third parties. The firm uses your information only for the purpose for which it was submitted.

The firm does not use “cookies” designed to track and monitor web surfing habits. However, the firm’s web servers may log IP addresses during a visitor’s session to provide us with a general idea of which parts of the firm’s web site you are visiting. In such instances, the firm does not have the capacity to link IP addresses to your personal information nor does the firm make an attempt to identify casual web site visitors in the normal course of business.

Your link to our web site is not encrypted and you should make no attempt to send confidential or time-sensitive information to the firm via its web site contact form. Clients should contact the firm directly to arrange for a legal consultation, at which point sensitive information may be communicated.
